Clearwater can attend site and collect samples outside the remit of a full asbestos survey. Attendances are always by fully trained P402 level BOHS (British Occupational Hygiene Society) site staff. A full report is also generated even for a single sample; this includes a risk assessment, photograph of location and sketch plan. Report Production and INSITE databaseGathering information about asbestos risks is pointless if that information cannot be readily analysed and accessed to manage the situation effectively. Asbestos survey Priorities need to be easily identifiable and any risks requiring urgent attention should be very apparent. 'INSITE' makes this process easy. Once asbestos surveys have been completed the data is entered into 'INSITE'. Each site is entered as a separate survey under a collective Client group. In this way the asbestos survey database can manage multiple sites in a region or County depending on the Client's own needs. As data for each sample is entered the software automatically carries out a risk assessment and assigns a risk level. The asbestos survey report itself consists of sections covering the following areas. Other documents and files, such as drawings and certificates, can be included, viewed and printed with each survey.
The sample records contain all the details and history of the sample together with a photograph of the actual sample location. |
