Key laboratory asbestos monitoring features include:
Legislation has driven the need for high quality air sampling and analytical
services. Clearwater has responded by extending its existing UKAS testing
accreditation to incorporate air sampling and analysis. The service is designed
to be cost effective for clients while maintaining integrity in the results.
Fully UKAS Accredited
All asbestos air sampling and analysis conducted by Clearwater Environmental is
covered by our UKAS testing accreditation in accordance with European Standard
ISO 17025, with all testing staff holding the minimum P403 & P404 certificates
from BOHS (British Occupational Hygiene Society). All testing is conducted in
accordance with Health and Safety Executive Asbestos: The analysts’ guide for
sampling, analysis and clearance procedures (HSG 248) & Documented In-House Procedures

Emergency Analysis Available
In cases where asbestos testing results are required immediately the laboratory
can dispatch a mobile Laboratory to collect and analyse samples on site. Our structure
is such that we can also perform immediate analysis on any filters the moment
they are delivered to our asbestos testing laboratory.
24/7 Service
Air monitoring services are available 7 days a week with a 24 hour capability.
The service also covers the whole of the UK.
Commercial in Confidence Service
Clients can rest assured that all asbestos testing information provided to us in
respect of client, addresses, and results remains commercial in confidence as a
direct requirement of our UKAS accreditation. No information is made available
to any third party without the express consent of the client.
